Application
The thin film solar cells fully-automatic laser etching system researched and developed by our co***ny is so far the only fully automatic high speed amorphous silicon solar panels laser film engraving machine which has been put into production. This device is an important component of amorphous silicon solar cell production lines; it adopts U.S. produced compound high quality and extremely-accurate laser delivery / positioning modules, which contributes to achieving ultra-high processing speed of more than 4000mm/s. The system contains four independent laser etching equipment: film-carving equipment of tran***rent conduction film (TCO) (P1), plasma vapor deposition PECVD manufactured SI membrane (P2), the back electrode AL membrane (P3), and battery side cleaning equipment.
